  • Fixed departures rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please email us at trips@trawork.com for complete details.

  • The images used on our website are for representational purpose only.

  • All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the email confirmation from us. Please contact us on trips@trawork.com for any modifications.

  • Any and all activities during the trip are one-time as planned only. We will not be able to reschedule any activity at any time.

Terms & Conditions in the new normal - COVID19

By travel restrictions imposed by the tourism ministry advisories worldwide and as the COVID-19 pandemic still continues to affect nations and people all over the world, we are giving flexibility to our travellers to reschedule their trips or avail credits for future trips. Cancellation or rescheduling charges will be as applicable.

Payment Terms:

100% Advance payments for booking confirmation.

Mode of Payments

All payments can be made through Direct Deposit, Online Transfer and UPI

Cancellation Policy

  • 70% refund if the trip is cancelled between 30 days of the travel date

  • 50% refund if the trip is cancelled between 15-29 days days of the travel date

  • No refund on cancellation within 15 days of the travel date.

If any trip is called off by TraWork, full refund on any payments made will be made within 7-10 days front he date of cancellation being announced.

Privacy Policy

The privacy of the customers is ensured at all times and Trawork LLP does not share any data with any outside agency. All necessary measures are taken to ensure data privacy and identity protection at all times.
